By placing an order with Alpha Host, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting Refunds
- All Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial service activation date.
- After 30 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To help you make an informed decision, we also offer:
- 1 month free on any Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting service as a trial before you buy.
2. Billing Cycles & Long-Term Plans
- All monthly services follow the 30-day refund policy stated above.
- All annual, bi-annual, and tri-annual plans are non-refundable after day 31, regardless of usage.
- Once the refund period has passed, cancellations will stop future billing but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Software licenses
- Support hours or managed support services
- VPS Servers
- Any add-ons or third-party services
Once these services are provisioned, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed against Alpha Host will be fully contested.
- This Cancellation & Refund Policy will be submitted as evidence, as it is clearly presented and accepted during the checkout process.
- Filing a chargeback may result in immediate service suspension or account termination.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your services at any time through your client area.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the request falls within the applicable refund window.
